Something not quite right? Exchanges and returns* are on us.
Scent o Clock is committed to providing a positive online shopping experience. At Scent o Clock, your satisfaction is our priority. We've extended our return policy to give you more time to experience our scents:
Extended Return Period: You can now return* or exchange products between the 7th and 14th day after receiving them.
Product Condition: Ensure the product is in its original packaging.
Documentation: Include the invoice and all original documents with your return.
Exceptions: We accept returns for product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
Order Cancellations: We may cancel orders due to product unavailability or other valid reasons and will notify you via email.
Return Shipping: If you receive the wrong product, we'll handle the return shipping.
